USA DELIVERY INFO
Good news, as a customer of Yara & Co. you’re entitled to our standard free delivery service. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm.
All USA orders take approx 2-3 working days. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday 4pm Pacific time to receive by Friday at the latest. Unfortunately, we do not offer a Saturday service.
Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to all USA locations. Delivery excludes: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ongoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
CREDIT CARD TROUBLE
I'm having trouble with my credit card information for my online order.
If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double-check that the billing address on the credit card matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received on a second attempt, domestic customers email us at customerservice@yaraandco.com or contact your financial institution for further assistance. For international customers, please visit our international help center or contact your financial institution for further assistance.
RETURNS
How do I make a return?
Welcome to the Yara & Co. returns page! We hope you're totally obsessed with your purchase, but if not, we're here to help. We're happy to accept returns on any item that's still fitted with all security tops & labels and was dispatched to you within 28 days of receipt. Just follow these simple steps:
- Contact us by email with your order number and we'll provide you with a return form.
- Place the completed form with your item(s) in the original Yaraandco.com packaging, or any well-padded envelope or box.
- Create and print a return label and attach it securely to the package.
- Seal up the box and drop it off at your local post office. Just remember, shipping costs are not covered by Yara & Co. when you return an item, so we suggest using your trusty post office for the best service and tracking ID.
It's important to note that we take pride in our Yara & Co. items, so anything returned should be new, unused, and with all our security tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. And sorry, but we are unable to accept returns on hazmat items that have been opened.
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. We'll send you an email confirmation as soon as your return is received and processing. Thanks for choosing Yara & Co.!
How long does it take to process a return?
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via Store Credit.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.
Credit notes can only be used in our online store.
We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.
