Welcome to the Yara & Co. returns page! We hope you're totally obsessed with your purchase, but if not, we're here to help. We're happy to accept returns on any item that's still fitted with all security tops & labels and was dispatched to you within 28 days of receipt. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us by email with your order number and we'll provide you with a return form.
  2. Place the completed form with your item(s) in the original packaging, or any well-padded envelope or box.
  3. Create and print a return label and attach it securely to the package.
  4. Seal up the box and drop it off at your local post office. Just remember, shipping costs are not covered by Yara & Co. when you return an item, so we suggest using your trusty post office for the best service and tracking ID.

It's important to note that we take pride in our Yara & Co. items, so anything returned should be new, unused, and with all our security tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. And sorry, but we are unable to accept returns on hazmat items that have been opened.

Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. We'll send you an email confirmation as soon as your return is received and processing. Thanks for choosing Yara & Co.!
